To make your booking visit our car parking booking site and simply select your dates and times for arrival and departure. You will then be prompted to complete your passenger and payment details. You will be sent an email confirmation which you will need to bring with you.
What payment methods are accepted?
There are several payment methods accepted including Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard Credit.
Can I book at short notice?
Yes, subject to availability. ‘Park now rate’ applies.
How far ahead can I book?
You can book up to twelve months in advance, subject to availability.
Why is there no availability for the dates I am trying to book?
If you cannot find availability for a particular product it is likely that the product is either fully booked or you do not meet the booking conditions for that product. It is unlikely that you will find no availability.
Why do you need to know my car registration number?
Yes, by giving us your car registration number, you benefit from entry to the car park using ANPR cameras that recognise your registration number on entry and exit. This makes entering and leaving the car park seamless.
Do I have to tell you if I am coming in a different car than I said when I booked?
Yes. We use ANPR cameras to record your car registration number; therefore, if you arrive in a different car, we cannot match its registration with the booking. You must amend your booking in the My Bookings facility on our online booking site. Failure to amend in advance may result in an additional administration fee.
Do I need to hand my keys in?
Our car park is a self-parking facility, meaning there is no requirement for you to hand over your keys. Unless you have booked for valeting. Remember where you have parked your vehicle, you will keep your keys so your car will be exactly where you left it.
Does booking guarantee me a space?
Yes, by booking in advance you are guaranteed a space in your chosen car park although you will not be able to choose which space you get.
What do I do if I have not received my booking confirmation?
If you have not received your booking confirmation email, then please first check your email spam folder. If it is not there, then please go to the My Bookings facility and select the option to re-print email. If you are still experiencing issues, then please contact us on 02894422777 (Ext 2).
Can I change or cancel my booking?

How do I "manage my booking"?

What do I do when I get to the car park?
Your booking confirmation will have instructions on what to do when you get to the car park. These vary depending on which parking product you have booked.
How do I use my car parking reservation?
On arrival
Please drive into the car park. The system will recognise your registration number and record your entry and exit times. Full instructions can be found in your confirmation email but if you are not sure there are signs which you can follow.
On departure
The car park uses a number plate recognition system to match your vehicle to your reservation. If you return within your reservation times, no further action will be required. If you overstay an additional charge will be debited from the card details we hold. If you know you are delayed, please extend your booking in the Manage My Booking facility on our online booking site. Any additional car park charges incurred because of non-compliance with entry/exit instructions will be payable upon exit of the car park and will not be refunded.
What if my return flight is delayed and I go over my pre-paid parking period?
We accept delays can happen, overstay charges are only applicable if you leave the car park more than 4 hours after the departure date and time entered at the time of booking. Please extend your booking in the My Bookings facility on our online booking site, overstays will be chargeable, irrespective of the reason for your delayed return to the car park.

What if I arrive early before my pre-paid parking period?
Please ensure that you arrive at or after the time selected for your booking as additional charges will apply if you arrive before this time.
Can I turn up and park?
Yes, subject to availability. ‘Park Now’ rate applies.
What happens if my vehicle breaks down in the car park?
Phone us on 028 944 22777. We can provide details of vehicle recovery services.
What happens if I damage another vehicle?
In the unlikely event of this happening, you must report the incident at reception or by phoning 028 944 22777. Do not leave the car park without reporting the incident.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged in the car park?
In the unlikely event of this happening, you must report the incident at reception or by phoning 028 944 22777. You should report the matter to us giving the registration numbers of both vehicles. You must also notify the owner of the other vehicle by leaving a note on the windscreen of their vehicle providing your vehicle and contact details and any other details that are relevant to the incident.
How do I register a complaint or comment?
If you would like to register a complaint or feedback on your parking experience, please email info@cosmoparking.com We will endeavour to respond to you within five working days.
My booking is showing a PREAUTH status.
If your parking booking is shown as PREAUTH please wait 5 to 10 minutes for the payment to be processed and the booking confirmation to be emailed to you. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact 028 944 22777. Please DO NOT make another booking or your booking could be duplicated.
My booking is showing a pending status.
If your parking booking shows as pending this means that your payment has not yet been taken. If this occurs, please check with your bank. Please DO NOT make another booking or your booking could be duplicated.
Car Park Opening Hours
The car park is accessible 24 hours / 7 days per week.
Do you offer a shuttle bus services?
Our complimentary transfer service will transport you to the airport from the car park, we ask for your arrival and departure times during the booking process so we can arrange for the bus to collect you at these times. To avail of the transfer service, show your booking confirmation to the driver. On return, please make your way to the Cosmo bus stop at the front of the airport and phone 028 944 22777 (Ext 1) to make the driver aware of your arrival.
Summer Schedule
the bus runs on demand to and from the terminal. (Summer Schedule starts last Sunday in March)
Winter Schedule
the bus runs on demand to and from the terminal commencing at 05:00 and continues until the last arriving flight. (Winter Schedule starts last Sunday in October)
How are parking charges calculated?
Pre-booked car parking prices are based on a 24-hour period or part thereof. The number of days charged for when a customer pre-books is calculated based on the dates and times selected when making the booking.
Can I Pre-book a disabled bay?
No, this option is not available as we have no way of guaranteeing a specific parking bay. Please call us on 028 944 22777 if you require additional assistance.
What if I have a trailer, a large vehicle like a motorhome or tall van?
Please Contact us if your vehicle is unusually high, long, or wide, to check that it is not too big to use your chosen car park. If it is, and you have not checked with us first, you will not get a refund. Your vehicle must fit into a standard car parking space. Therefore, if you are intending to bring in any form of trailer, or large vehicle, you should Contact us first; extra charges may apply.
If you take up more than one space, you will have to pay for those extra spaces, at the same rate that you would pay had you not pre-booked i.e. Park Now Rate. These charges will be debited to the same card that you used to make your booking. You must not park in more than one marked parking space unless you have paid to do so.
What if my flight has been cancelled because of Coronavirus restrictions and I had booked parking, what are my options?
If you booked a flexible product you can cancel and get a refund or amend your booking online. You can manage your booking in the My Bookings facility on our online booking site.
If you prebooked parking prior to 31 March 2020 on a non-flexible product and you wish to amend or cancel your booking, we can issue you with a promo code to the value of your booking which you can use to book parking for a future date. Your promo code will be valid until 31 March 2021 for bookings until 31 December 2021.
To request your promo code, please email us at info@cosmoparking.com with your booking reference number and contact details and we will come back to you as soon as possible. Please be aware that we are experiencing unprecedented levels of customer enquiries so please avoid contacting us again to follow up on your promo code. If you booked a flexible product you can cancel and get a refund or amend your booking online. You can manage your booking in the My Bookings facility on our online booking site.
If you prebooked parking prior to 31 March 2020 on a non-flexible product and you wish to amend or cancel your booking, we can issue you with a promo code to the value of your booking which you can use to book parking for a future date. Your promo code will be valid until 31 March 2021 for bookings until 31 December 2021.

Make your booking for your estimated stay and once you know more details on the date of your return, extend your booking in the My Bookings facility on our online booking site. Please ensure that you extend your booking before the end of your booking period.
